Kalyan is a product leader with more than fifteen years of experience taking technology products from concept to launch.
His work spans consumer devices, connectivity, cloud and edge platforms, and AI. He has owned product strategy and roadmaps, defined requirements with engineering and design, and led complex launches that depended on many teams and partners moving together.
He is strongest where a product is still taking shape: turning an unclear problem into a prioritized plan, deciding what to build first, and keeping engineering, security, legal and business stakeholders aligned through delivery.
He founded SpringProd Labs in 2025 to bring that experience to founders and teams who need to move from idea to working product with clarity and speed.
